Full-service dispatch, start to settlement

Pick the pieces you need or hand us the whole back office. Either way, you keep your authority, your insurance, and the final say on every load.

What we do

Everything between the load board and your bank account

You bought a truck to drive it, not to sit on hold with brokers. We take the whole administrative half of the business off your plate.

Load Booking & Planning

Dedicated dispatchers work your lanes across load boards, broker networks, and direct shipper relationships, pre-planning the next load before the current one delivers.

  • Lane-based pre-planning
  • Direct shipper access
  • Backhaul optimization

Rate Negotiation

We never take the first offer. Every load is negotiated against live market data, so you get paid what the freight is actually worth.

  • Live market rate data
  • Detention & TONU recovery
  • Fuel surcharge review

Paperwork & Compliance

Carrier packets, broker setups, rate confirmations, BOLs, and PODs handled end to end. You drive, we chase the documents.

  • Carrier packet setup
  • Rate con & BOL handling
  • Insurance certificates

Invoicing & Factoring

Same-day invoice submission with factoring company coordination, so your money moves as fast as your trucks do.

  • Same-day invoicing
  • Factoring coordination
  • Aging & collections follow-up

DOT & Safety Support

IFTA filings, Form 2290, UCR renewals, drug consortium enrollment, and audit prep. The compliance work that quietly sinks small fleets.

  • IFTA & 2290 filing
  • UCR & MC authority
  • Audit-ready recordkeeping

24/7 Driver Support

Breakdowns and detentions do not keep business hours. A real dispatcher answers the phone at 3 a.m., not a voicemail box.

  • Live after-hours desk
  • Breakdown coordination
  • Route & weather advisories

How it works

Rolling in 24 hours, not 24 days

Onboarding is deliberately boring. Four steps, one phone call, and a short document list.

01

Onboarding call

A 15-minute call to map your equipment, home base, preferred lanes, and the rate floor you refuse to go below.

02

Paperwork setup

We collect your MC authority, W-9, certificate of insurance, and factoring notice, then set you up across our broker and shipper network.

03

First load booked

Most carriers are rolling within 24 hours. Nothing gets booked without your approval on the rate. Ever.

04

Keep rolling

Your dispatcher pre-plans the next load, files the paperwork, and invoices the broker while you are still on the road.

Carrier feedback

Drivers who stopped hunting loads

Names and companies used with permission. Ask us for a reference in your lane and we will connect you.

I went from chasing loads at midnight to running three trucks without touching a load board. My gross per truck is up almost $1,900 a week.
MRMarcus ReedOwner-operator, 3 trucks, reefer
The paperwork side alone is worth the fee. They set up every broker, chase every POD, and my factoring company finally stopped calling me.
YKYelena KovacsK&V Transport, 6 trucks, dry van
Blew a tire outside Amarillo at 2 a.m. and someone actually picked up the phone. Had road service and a reset load inside an hour.

FAQ

Straight answers, no runaround

Still unsure about something? Call the dispatch desk and ask. We would rather have the awkward conversation before you sign than after.

Yes. We dispatch for carriers running under their own MC authority. If you are still in the application process, we will walk you through filing and get you fully set up the day your authority activates.

No. Our agreement is month to month with 14 days written notice to cancel. We would rather earn the next month than lock you into one.

It is a percentage of the gross linehaul on loads we book, set by your equipment: 5% for semi trucks and 8% for non-semi equipment such as hotshot and box truck. We never charge on fuel surcharge, detention, or accessorials you earn on your own. The rate is the same whether you run one truck or twenty.

Always. Nothing is booked without your approval on the rate, the lane, and the appointment times. We set a rate floor during onboarding and do not go below it.

Most carriers are dispatched on their first load within 24 to 48 hours of sending us their MC authority, W-9, certificate of insurance, and factoring notice of assignment.

All 48 contiguous states, with the heaviest lane density across the Midwest, Southeast, and the Texas triangle. We also handle cross-border Canada freight for carriers with the proper authority.

Send us your MC number and we will pull real rates on your lanes, free, before you commit to anything.

No contract. No setup fee. Cancel with 14 days notice.
