Load Matrix Technologies
For owner-operators

You bought a truck to drive it, not to work a load board

One truck, one dedicated dispatcher who knows your name, your lanes, and your home time. 5% of gross linehaul on semi equipment, 8% on hotshot and box truck, with no contract and no setup fee.

Sound familiar?

The five things that grind down a one-truck operation

These are the problems carriers describe on the first call, almost word for word.

You are booking loads at 11pm after eleven hours of driving

Your dispatcher works the boards while you drive and has the next load lined up before you deliver the current one.

You take the first rate offered because you are out of hours and out of patience

Every load is negotiated against market data by someone who is fresh, not exhausted, and who earns more when you do.

Paperwork eats your weekend

Carrier packets, rate confirmations, BOLs, PODs, and invoicing are handled for you. You send the POD, we do the rest.

Your factoring company keeps calling about missing documents

We submit invoices the same day and chase the paperwork so your money moves on schedule.

You are deadheading 200 miles because nothing came out of where you delivered

Lane-based pre-planning means we look at where a load leaves you before we book it, not after.

How it works

Rolling in 24 hours, not 24 days

Onboarding is deliberately boring. Four steps, one phone call, and a short document list.

01

Onboarding call

A 15-minute call to map your equipment, home base, preferred lanes, and the rate floor you refuse to go below.

02

Paperwork setup

We collect your MC authority, W-9, certificate of insurance, and factoring notice, then set you up across our broker and shipper network.

03

First load booked

Most carriers are rolling within 24 hours. Nothing gets booked without your approval on the rate. Ever.

04

Keep rolling

Your dispatcher pre-plans the next load, files the paperwork, and invoices the broker while you are still on the road.

Equipment we dispatch

If it rolls, we can keep it loaded

Current national averages our dispatchers are booking against. Your actual rate depends on lane, season, and how far ahead we plan.

Carrier feedback

Drivers who stopped hunting loads

Names and companies used with permission. Ask us for a reference in your lane and we will connect you.

I went from chasing loads at midnight to running three trucks without touching a load board. My gross per truck is up almost $1,900 a week.
MRMarcus ReedOwner-operator, 3 trucks, reefer
The paperwork side alone is worth the fee. They set up every broker, chase every POD, and my factoring company finally stopped calling me.

Blew a tire outside Amarillo at 2 a.m. and someone actually picked up the phone. Had road service and a reset load inside an hour.

FAQ

Owner-operator questions

It depends on whether the dispatcher lifts your average rate by more than the fee costs. At 5% the break-even is about a 5.3% improvement in your rate per mile. Most single-truck carriers also reclaim 15 to 25 hours a week that went into load boards and paperwork, which has its own value.

Yes. We dispatch for carriers running under their own operating authority. If you are still in the application process we will walk you through it and be ready the day your authority activates.

No. You approve every rate, every lane, and every appointment time before anything is booked. We set a rate floor with you during onboarding and do not go below it. You can refuse any load for any reason.

Keep them. Our fee applies only to loads we book for you. Freight from your own direct shipper relationships is excluded, and that exclusion is written into the agreement.

Most owner-operators are dispatched on a first load within 24 to 48 hours of sending their MC authority letter, W-9, certificate of insurance, and factoring notice of assignment.
