Load Matrix Technologies
Dispatchers on the desk right now

Truck dispatch services that keep your truck loaded and profitable

Load Matrix Technologies dispatches for owner-operators and small fleets running under their own MC authority. Our dispatchers work your lanes on the boards and with brokers all day, negotiate every rate against live market data, and line up the next load before you deliver the current one. You approve every rate before we book it.

We carry the back office too: carrier packets, rate confirmations, BOLs and PODs, same-day invoicing with your factoring company, and the IFTA, 2290 and UCR filings. Pricing is set by your equipment: 5% of linehaul for semi trailers, 8% for hotshot and box truck.

What we do

Everything between the load board and your bank account

You bought a truck to drive it, not to sit on hold with brokers. We take the whole administrative half of the business off your plate.

Load Booking & Planning

Dedicated dispatchers work your lanes across load boards, broker networks, and direct shipper relationships, pre-planning the next load before the current one delivers.

  • Lane-based pre-planning
  • Direct shipper access
  • Backhaul optimization

Rate Negotiation

We never take the first offer. Every load is negotiated against live market data, so you get paid what the freight is actually worth.

  • Live market rate data
  • Detention & TONU recovery
  • Fuel surcharge review

Paperwork & Compliance

Carrier packets, broker setups, rate confirmations, BOLs, and PODs handled end to end. You drive, we chase the documents.

  • Carrier packet setup
  • Rate con & BOL handling
  • Insurance certificates

Invoicing & Factoring

Same-day invoice submission with factoring company coordination, so your money moves as fast as your trucks do.

  • Same-day invoicing
  • Factoring coordination
  • Aging & collections follow-up

DOT & Safety Support

IFTA filings, Form 2290, UCR renewals, drug consortium enrollment, and audit prep. The compliance work that quietly sinks small fleets.

  • IFTA & 2290 filing
  • UCR & MC authority
  • Audit-ready recordkeeping

24/7 Driver Support

Breakdowns and detentions do not keep business hours. A real dispatcher answers the phone at 3 a.m., not a voicemail box.

  • Live after-hours desk
  • Breakdown coordination
  • Route & weather advisories
Why Load Matrix

Dispatch that acts like a business partner

Plenty of dispatch services will book you whatever clears fastest. We are built around the opposite incentive.

  • One dispatcher, not a call center

You get a named dispatcher who knows your truck, your home time, and the lanes you hate. Not whoever picks up the queue.

  • We work for you, not the broker

Our fee comes from your gross, so a low rate costs us too. That is the whole alignment, and it is why we push back on cheap freight.

  • Full transparency on every load

You see the rate confirmation before we accept. No shaved rates, no hidden margin, no surprises on settlement day.

  • Nights, weekends, and holidays

Freight does not stop on Sunday and neither do we. The desk is staffed every hour of the year.

The hours you get back

Load boards, paperwork and broker calls, off your plate

How it works

Rolling in 24 hours, not 24 days

Onboarding is deliberately boring. Four steps, one phone call, and a short document list.

01

Onboarding call

A 15-minute call to map your equipment, home base, preferred lanes, and the rate floor you refuse to go below.

02

Paperwork setup

We collect your MC authority, W-9, certificate of insurance, and factoring notice, then set you up across our broker and shipper network.

03

First load booked

Most carriers are rolling within 24 hours. Nothing gets booked without your approval on the rate. Ever.

04

Keep rolling

Your dispatcher pre-plans the next load, files the paperwork, and invoices the broker while you are still on the road.

Equipment we dispatch

If it rolls, we can keep it loaded

Current national averages our dispatchers are booking against. Your actual rate depends on lane, season, and how far ahead we plan.

Indicative national ranges by equipment type, last reviewed September 2026. Not a quote.

Running something else? Tell us about your equipment and we will tell you honestly whether we can move it well.

Coverage

Truck dispatch across all 48 states

Every state page carries the real freight geography: major hubs, interstate corridors, representative lanes with driving miles, seasonality, and the state rules that actually affect your operation.

FAQ

Straight answers, no runaround

Still unsure about something? Call the dispatch desk and ask. We would rather have the awkward conversation before you sign than after.

Yes. We dispatch for carriers running under their own MC authority. If you are still in the application process, we will walk you through filing and get you fully set up the day your authority activates.

No. Our agreement is month to month with 14 days written notice to cancel. We would rather earn the next month than lock you into one.

It is a percentage of the gross linehaul on loads we book, set by your equipment: 5% for semi trucks and 8% for non-semi equipment such as hotshot and box truck. We never charge on fuel surcharge, detention, or accessorials you earn on your own. The rate is the same whether you run one truck or twenty.

Always. Nothing is booked without your approval on the rate, the lane, and the appointment times. We set a rate floor during onboarding and do not go below it.

Most carriers are dispatched on their first load within 24 to 48 hours of sending us their MC authority, W-9, certificate of insurance, and factoring notice of assignment.

No. The agreement is month to month with 14 days written notice. There is no setup fee and no minimum term. If we are not adding more than we cost, you should be free to leave.

Yes. Many brokers will not load an authority under six months old, so we concentrate on the ones who will and build your record with them. Send us your MC number as soon as it activates and we will be set up the same week.

A dispatcher works for you, the carrier, for a disclosed fee. A broker works for the shipper and earns the margin between what the shipper pays and what you are paid. You will usually work with both: we negotiate with brokers on your behalf.

All 48 contiguous states, with the heaviest lane density across the Midwest, Southeast, and the Texas triangle. We also handle cross-border Canada freight for carriers with the proper authority.

Your next load is already on the board

Send us your MC number and we will pull real rates on your lanes, free, before you commit to anything.

No contract. No setup fee. Cancel with 14 days notice.
