Information we collect

When you submit a quote request we collect your name, phone number, email address, MC number, fleet size, equipment type, and any notes you choose to share. We do not collect payment information through this website.

How we use it

We use your information solely to prepare your rate quote, contact you about dispatch services, and set you up with brokers and shippers if you become a client. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to third parties.

Who we share it with

If you become a client, we share the documents you provide (MC authority, insurance certificate, W-9, factoring notice) with brokers and shippers strictly for the purpose of booking your freight. We share nothing with anyone else unless required by law.

Data retention

Quote requests that do not become clients are retained for 12 months and then deleted. Client records are retained for the period required by FMCSA and IRS recordkeeping rules.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses only the cookies necessary to serve pages. If we add analytics in the future, this policy will be updated before that change takes effect.

Your choices

You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email contact@loadmatrixtechnologies.com and we will respond within 30 days.
