Load Matrix Technologies
About us

Built by people who have run the freight

We started Load Matrix after watching too many good owner-operators go under, not because they could not drive, but because nobody was minding the business side of the truck.

Our story

A dispatch desk that thinks like an owner

Our founder spent a decade on the brokerage side, watching carriers accept the first number offered because they were exhausted, out of hours, and 600 miles from home. The freight was there. The leverage was not.

Load Matrix Technologies exists to put that leverage back on the carrier's side of the table. We combine live market rate data with dispatchers who actually negotiate, and we back it with the unglamorous work most services skip: carrier packets, POD chasing, IFTA, invoicing, and a phone that gets answered at 3 a.m.

Today we dispatch for carriers in 1,800-plus loads a month across all 48 states. Most of our growth still comes from drivers telling other drivers, which is the only marketing metric we really trust.

Dispatch desk hours

Dispatch desk staffed 24/7, 365 days a year

Overnight and weekend coverage is staffed by our own team, not an offshore answering service.

What we believe

Four rules we do not bend

Every dispatcher here is held to these, and you can hold us to them too.

01

Transparency first

You see every rate confirmation before we accept it. Our fee is a line item, not a shaved margin buried in the rate.

02

Rate discipline

We set a floor with you during onboarding and hold it. Cheap freight trains brokers to keep offering cheap freight.

03

Answer the phone

A dispatcher picks up, day or night. Most of what goes wrong on the road is fixable if someone actually responds.

04

Earn the next month

No contracts, no lock-in. If we are not adding more than we cost, you should be free to walk on two weeks notice.

Who picks up when you call

Small team on purpose. You will know your dispatcher by name within a week.

How it works

Rolling in 24 hours, not 24 days

Onboarding is deliberately boring. Four steps, one phone call, and a short document list.

01

Onboarding call

A 15-minute call to map your equipment, home base, preferred lanes, and the rate floor you refuse to go below.

02

Paperwork setup

We collect your MC authority, W-9, certificate of insurance, and factoring notice, then set you up across our broker and shipper network.

03

First load booked

Most carriers are rolling within 24 hours. Nothing gets booked without your approval on the rate. Ever.

04

Keep rolling

Your dispatcher pre-plans the next load, files the paperwork, and invoices the broker while you are still on the road.

Drivers who stopped hunting loads

Names and companies used with permission. Ask us for a reference in your lane and we will connect you.

I went from chasing loads at midnight to running three trucks without touching a load board. My gross per truck is up almost $1,900 a week.
MRMarcus ReedOwner-operator, 3 trucks, reefer
The paperwork side alone is worth the fee. They set up every broker, chase every POD, and my factoring company finally stopped calling me.
YKYelena KovacsK&V Transport, 6 trucks, dry van
Blew a tire outside Amarillo at 2 a.m. and someone actually picked up the phone. Had road service and a reset load inside an hour.

Your next load is already on the board

Send us your MC number and we will pull real rates on your lanes, free, before you commit to anything.

No contract. No setup fee. Cancel with 14 days notice.
